ABOUT HOME INSPECTIONS
The purpose of a home inspection is to access the condition of the residence at the time of the inspection using visual observation, simple tools and normal homeowner operational controls, and to report on deficiencies of the specific systems and components.
My goal is to tell you the story of your home—the truth about what’s good and what’s bad. I won’t hide anything, and I won’t exaggerate anything. You can trust me to paint an honest picture of your home.
Note: I will not perform any repairs on any home inspected for at least 1 year from the date of inspection.
